Learn how InventoryQuick uses SMS to keep you informed about your inventory.

What Messages We Send

InventoryQuick sends transactional SMS notifications only - no marketing messages. Types of alerts include:

  • Low Stock Alerts: When inventory items fall below your minimum stock threshold
  • Purchase Order Updates: Status changes on POs (approved, shipped, received)
  • Delivery Confirmations: When shipments are delivered to your location
  • Critical System Alerts: Important account or security notifications

Example Message:

InventoryQuick Alert: Widget A is below minimum stock (5 remaining). Reorder now at app.inventoryquick.com

How to Opt-In

SMS notifications are optional and disabled by default. To enable them:

  1. Log in to your InventoryQuick account
  2. Go to Settings from the menu
  3. Navigate to the Notifications section
  4. Toggle "Enable SMS Notifications" to ON
  5. Enter and verify your mobile phone number
  6. Choose which alert types you want to receive

By enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from InventoryQuick. Message frequency varies based on your inventory activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inventory activity and the alerts you've enabled. Typical users receive 1-10 messages per week. You can adjust which alert types you receive in your notification settings.

How to Opt-Out

You can stop receiving SMS notifications at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe
  • In the app: Go to Settings > Notifications and toggle off SMS
  • Contact us: Email support@inventoryquick.com

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.
