Built for Shopify sellers

Smarter inventory
for your Shopify store.

Shopify has no purchase orders, no forecasting, no real alerts. InventoryQuick fills the gap — purchase orders, receiving, reorder-point alerts and an AI assistant over your own catalog. From $19/mo flat, no per-user fees.

New Shopify store connections are paused

Shopify retired the connection method we relied on, and our replacement is not switched on yet. Everything else on this page works today on your own catalog — imported by CSV rather than synced. We would rather tell you that now than take your money for a connection you cannot switch on.

The gap

The gap Shopify leaves.

Shopify is great for selling. But managing inventory? That's where it falls short.

No purchase orders

Shopify has no way to track what you ordered from suppliers, when it arrives, or what it cost. You're using email and spreadsheets.

No demand forecasting

Shopify shows what sold. It doesn't tell you what will sell. No reorder points, no safety stock, no seasonal predictions.

No real alerts

Shopify’s "low stock" is a report you check manually. No email alerts, no SMS, no automation when items run low.

Still on Stocky? It shuts down August 31, 2026. See your replacement path →

Setup

How the Shopify integration works.

Our AI assistant starts it and our team finishes it — you don't touch API docs.

01

Connect

Store connections are paused right now (see the notice above). You can still import your Shopify product export as a CSV and be running in minutes.

02

Import

Your products, variants and stock levels come across from the CSV — each variant its own item, with SKUs, barcodes and prices. Once connections reopen the same import runs over the live connection instead.

03

Run it with AI

Ask the IQ Assistant: "what’s low?" "create a PO for my top supplier." It manages your inventory while you run the rest of your business. When connections reopen: stock changes sync back to Shopify, usually within a minute.

Made for sellers

Built for Shopify sellers.

Guided connection

When connections reopen, the assistant walks you through it — no API docs to read. Until then, CSV import covers the same catalog.

Products + variants sync

Your products import variant by variant — each one its own item with its own SKU, barcode, price and count. Archived products are skipped.

Live stock sync

When connections reopen: Shopify orders deduct stock in IQ within seconds. IQ adjustments land back in Shopify usually within a minute. Both directions, automatically.

Purchase orders that sync back

When connections reopen: Create POs and receive against them — the received stock lands in Shopify automatically, usually within a minute. Shopify can't do this.

Partial receipts

Only part of the shipment arrived? Receive what came in; the PO stays open for the backorder and tracks ordered versus received on each line. Each receive also updates your Shopify stock once new store connections reopen.

GST / VAT on POs

Set your tax rate once and each PO shows subtotal, tax, and a tax-inclusive total that matches your supplier invoice. Costs stay ex-tax.

One-click to Shopify

Linked items carry a direct link to that product's Shopify admin page — jump straight there from a PO.

Works with Shopify POS

When connections reopen: in-store sales via POS sync just like online orders. One inventory pool.

Demand forecasting

ML-powered predictions based on your sales history. Know what to reorder before you run out.

FAQ

Common questions.

Will this mess up my Shopify inventory?

No — and right now it cannot touch it at all, because new store connections are paused. Once they reopen, InventoryQuick syncs with Shopify rather than replacing it: Shopify sales show up in seconds, your changes land back usually within a minute, and you can start one-way if you prefer. Until then you work from a CSV import, which never writes to your store.

Does it handle Shopify variants?

Yes. Each variant (size, color, etc.) becomes its own tracked item with independent stock levels, reorder points, and alerts.

I was using Stocky — is this similar?

Yes, and more. InventoryQuick has everything Stocky had — purchase orders, receiving, stock reports — plus AI-powered demand forecasting and a conversational assistant that manages your inventory.

Can I receive part of a purchase order?

Yes, with partial receipts. When only some of a shipment arrives, you record the quantities that came in; the PO stays open for the backorder and tracks ordered versus received on each line. Each receive also updates your Shopify stock once new store connections reopen.

Does it handle GST or VAT on purchase orders?

Yes. Set the PO’s tax rate once (it’s remembered) and the PO shows subtotal, tax, and a tax-inclusive total that matches your supplier invoice line for line. Unit costs stay ex-tax, so your inventory valuation is unaffected. Built for AU, NZ, UK, and EU sellers.

What about multi-location?

Fully supported. Multi-location tracking and transfers work today on an imported catalog. Your Shopify locations map to InventoryQuick locations automatically and stock syncs per-location once store connections reopen.

What Shopify plans does it work with?

All of them. Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.

How much does it cost?

Two-way Shopify sync is on the Pro plan ($49/mo, 500 items) and up, which includes purchase and sales orders too (new store connections are paused). Starter at $19/mo covers manual/CSV inventory and does not include the Shopify connection either way. Demand forecasting is on Business ($149/mo). 7-day free trial, cancel anytime.
