Can I try before I buy?

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade, you keep read access to everything. You just won't be able to add new items or use premium features beyond your plan's limits until you upgrade again.

What happens when my trial expires?

When your 14-day trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. Your data stays safe -- pick any plan to continue right where you left off. If you don't subscribe, your account enters an expired state with read-only access.

Is there a free trial?

Every new account automatically gets a 14-day free trial of Business features -- no credit card required. You get full access to all Business features including ML forecasting, price monitoring, API access, and the IQ Assistant. After 14 days, choose a paid plan to continue.

Billing FAQ

What happens when I upgrade?

You get immediate access to new features. We automatically prorate your subscription, so you only pay the difference for the time remaining in your current billing cycle.

What happens when I downgrade?

Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep all current features until then, and won't be charged for the new plan until your current subscription expires.

What if I cancel my subscription?

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months (except within the 30-day money back guarantee period). You can reactivate your subscription at any time.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

New customers can request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment, no questions asked.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of your request. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement.

Do you prorate upgrades and downgrades?

Yes! When you upgrade, we automatically calculate the prorated amount based on your remaining billing cycle. You only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal or wire transfers.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no per-user charges, no hidden costs. All features are included in your plan.
