Billing FAQ

What happens when I upgrade?

You get immediate access to new features. We automatically prorate your subscription, so you only pay the difference for the time remaining in your current billing cycle.

What happens when I downgrade?

Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep all current features until then, and won't be charged for the new plan until your current subscription expires.

What if I cancel my subscription?

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months (except within the 30-day money back guarantee period). You can reactivate your subscription at any time.

Do you prorate upgrades and downgrades?
