Our story

How it started.

I built InventoryQuick because small businesses shouldn't have to choose between a spreadsheet and a $300/mo enterprise tool. There's a gap in the market — software that does the job without the enterprise price tag or the enterprise complexity.

No venture capital, no boardroom strategy sessions — just a developer who got frustrated paying hundreds of dollars a month for inventory software that took weeks to set up and still didn't work right.

So I built something better. Every feature exists because it solves a real problem — not because a product manager added it to a roadmap. No bloat, no features-for-the-sake-of-features.

The result is inventory software that sets up in 5 minutes, costs a fraction of what enterprise tools charge, and includes your whole team at no extra per-user fee.

What is InventoryQuick?

InventoryQuick is a web-based and Android inventory tracking application for small and mid-size businesses. It allows users to track tools, equipment, supplies, and other physical items across multiple locations using barcode scanning from any smartphone.

Key features include check-in/check-out (assigning items to people or locations with a full audit trail), multi-location tracking (warehouses, job sites, trucks, buildings), low stock alerts via email and SMS, purchase orders, and an IQ Assistant for conversational item lookup.

InventoryQuick is used by construction contractors, healthcare clinics, churches, nonprofits, property managers, and other organizations that need to track physical items but do not require a point-of-sale system.

Pricing starts at $19/month for the Starter plan (250 items) with no per-user fees. The Pro plan is $49/month (500 items) and the Business plan is $149/month (5,000 items). A 7-day free trial of the Business plan is available. Cancel anytime.
