How many locations can I create?
It depends on your plan. Starter allows 3 locations, Pro allows 5, Business allows 50, and Enterprise is unlimited. Locations can be nested to any depth.
Can I transfer items between locations?
Yes. Select the item, choose the destination location, and confirm. The transfer is logged with who initiated it, the date, and both locations.
Can different team members see different locations?
All team members can see all locations. Role-based permissions control who can edit, transfer, or adjust stock — but visibility is shared for full transparency.
How does this work with barcode scanning?
When you scan an item, you can see its stock at every location. You can also set your "current location" so scans look up and adjust stock at that location.
