Can I track inventory across more than one store?
Yes. Each store is a location, and you can see stock per location or across all of them at once, then transfer stock between stores with a full audit trail. Location counts are by plan: 3 on Starter, 5 on Pro, 50 on Business, and unlimited on Enterprise. Transfers are included on every paid plan.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. Your phone camera scans standard product barcodes, so you can look up an item, adjust its count, or add it to a purchase order from the sales floor. If you already own a USB or Bluetooth scanner that types like a keyboard, that works too. Note that barcodes live on items, not on shelves, so you scan the product rather than the location.
Will it sync with my Shopify store?
Not at the moment. The integration is built — products, variants and stock sync both ways, and receiving a purchase order pushes the stock back — but Shopify retired the connection method we relied on, so new store connections are paused until our replacement is switched on. Until then you import your catalog by CSV, which covers the same products, variants, SKUs and quantities. We would rather say so than take your money for a connection you cannot switch on. Sync runs on the Pro plan at $49/mo or above; Starter does not include integrations either way.
How does it tell me what to reorder?
Set a reorder point per item and you get an alert by email when stock drops below it, on any paid plan. That covers most of the job. If you want the system to predict demand from your sales history instead of you setting the thresholds, demand forecasting is on the Business plan at $149/mo.
What does it cost for a small retail store?
Starter is $19/mo and covers 250 items, 3 locations, and 2 users, with unlimited purchase orders, sales orders, transfers, and CSV import and export. Most single-store retailers start there. Pricing is flat, so adding staff on Pro or Business does not change the bill. The free trial unlocks every feature on every tier. You pick a plan and enter a card to start it, and you won’t be charged for 7 days.
